Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, log in to your account and submit a return or cancellation request through your orders page: https://account.leisurland.com

Once you have notified us, you must return the items within 14 days. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return, whichever is earlier). Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and will include the standard delivery cost of your original order. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exemptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
• Goods that are made to your specification or clearly personalized
• Perishable goods
